Denise McKay has many years experience in the legal industry as a Paralegal and Office Manager. She has been supporting Adelaide Solicitors in the implementation of PCLaw (now Lexis Back Office Library) since 1994. She has now set up nearly 100 firms in Adelaide and can assist either on site or via email and telephone. Her specialty is the backup and support for any problems that may occur and the smooth running of PCLaw in the legal office.  She has had experience with PCLaw on a daily basis as a legal secretary and understands the requirements of running an accounting package in a legal firm.  Her experience also extends to the implications of running a trust account with respect to the Trust Accounting regulations and she has had regular interaction with the Law Society of South Australia

Bernadette Bullen has over 20 years experience in the Professional Services sector where she has specialised in the legal industry. Bernadette has extensive experience in Business Management as she has fulfilled roles as Practice Manager, Administration and Finance Manager, and Systems Management, which involved the implementation of practice management systems for legal offices. With Bernadette’s legal background she is able to provided thorough training and ongoing support to clients as they develop and expand PCLaw into their business.
