Riverland focus

We will provide conveyancing services for all the Riverland area including Waikerie, Berri, Blanchetown,  Morgan, Barmara, Renmark, Monash, Swan Reach, Nurioopta, Kapunda, and surrounds. This new venture has been made possible by the immense support and continued interest in our business and the realisation of the need for a physical presence in and around Waikerie coupled with the fact that we already have staff living in Waikerie.

Denise McKay

Denise is the founder of McKay Business Services and is currently the Managing Director.  You will see her in the office from time to time assisting the conveyancers and ensuring that everything is under control and that professional standards are being met for both staff and clients. Denise will always be available for advice and all our conveyancers use her considerable knowledge and experience. It is said  “no one knows more about Conveyancing in SA”

Kate Melvin

Kate will regularly be in the Waikerie office to assist with  her special area of expertise; commercial property, commercial leases  and business transactions.  Expect to see her friendly face often when she will always be happy to assist with any queries relating to both property and business sales.

Katherine Edwards

Katherine has long standing family ties to Waikerie with her  great grandparents settling in the town in the 1930s, her grandparents meeting and marrying in Waikerie and her own parents also born in Waikerie going to school there and then eventually marrying. Katherine is looking forward to catching up with her extended family still in the area when she is up working in the office. She will assist regularly with any rural transactions, water licenses and other general conveyancing.  She is a fountain of knowledge and  will bring her extensive experience to our clients.

Alisha Wilson

Alisha is our Waikerie local, her  husband was born and bred in the town and they live within a 5 minute drive of the office. They have two beautiful children who are attending the local school and daycare. Alisha will ensure that all the general conveyancing is completed with same attention to detail that the business is renowned for.  Look out for her at local community functions and please feel free to visit the office on White Street to say Hello and ask any questions you may have.  She will be more than happy to sit down with you for a chat and have a coffee with you.
