We are very proud and excited to announce that McKay Business Services and FM Conveyancing have joined forces in a strategic merger as of Monday 8th February 2021
Denise McKay will remain at the helm of the company, along with her brilliant partners Kate Melvin and Katherine Edwards. Fran Nitschke will be acting as a Consultant, incorporating her 30 years of experience and knowledge to the newly consolidated company.
The teams at both McKay Business Services and FM Conveyancing retain the same values and philosophies when it comes to doing the absolute best for their clients. We all appreciate an emphasis on client communication, transparency, knowledge, and integrity – this being evident in our continued longevity here in South Australia.

McKay Business Services and FM Conveyancing have had a presence in the South Australian conveyancing industry for a combined total of 67 years. Denise, Kate, Katherine, and their staff are really looking forward to welcoming Fran and her team to our office to continue delivering the outstanding quality of service that the clients of both McKay Business Services and FM Conveyancing have grown accustomed to.
Denise’s role will continue as Managing Director, nurturing her staff and growing the business whilst carefully ensuring all our core beliefs and values endure. We will maintain our ethos of always putting the client first and providing a service that is second to none. McKay Business Services’ and FM Conveyancing’s existing and returning clients are assured we will continue our professional and customer focused culture. We are confident that our new clients will benefit from the wealth and advancement of knowledge that we now hold within our team.
Not everything is changing, however. All our current contact details will be remaining the same, with the entire team now physically located at McKay Business Services, 254 Magill Road, Beulah Park 5067. We have free parking at the rear of our property and are happy to welcome clients for a no obligation chat, or just to meet our friendly team.
